What day is it again?

These days, I've really lost track of what day it is.(?) lol. When school starts, it'll def be hard to adjust. But anyways, for the few weeks that I've been MIA I've tried to do some productive stuff but I only somewhat acheived that.

Last week, I managed to have dinner with my friend for her birthday and we watched 500 Days Of Summer (cute movie). The day before that, I (drum rolls please...) finally got those pieces-of-metals-of-a-braces off my teeth! I also watched the Time Travellers Wife the Friday before that. According to my friends, I cried so hard (by myself), but I really couldn't help it; it was definately a tear jerker. I also made a trip to the Zoo with my sis and some of her friends.

When I was taking this picture, two girls were standing next to me and one friend said to the other "What a nice pair of shoes this would make!" --no comments.

Now that summer break is somewhat coming to an end, with pre-reg nearing, I was quite upset with myself for not doing more things this summer. Which is why my friend and I have signed up for an introductory week of hot yoga. I've done yoga before but hot yoga is def not the same... I really did sweat buckets. It def felt refreshing though.

Since starting yoga, I've been waking up way too early so today, I decided to sleep in and go out with my baby sis instead. I woke up with a huge sugar craving so we missioned to the local mall to buy a huge bag of candy. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

(YUMMY IN MY TUMMY....MUAHAHA..hehe)

*Coincidently, what I wore for that epic day at the Zoo was only a slight variation from this outfit.

I really wish I had more outfits to blog, but I've been so lazy recently, either I didn't put enough effort into my outfit OR I didn't have my camera, OR, maybe I just haven't been out enough lately...Slightly dissapointed in myself.

Anyways, I take my G2 next week, wish me luck!

too long

Well, it's been a while since I've updated... I promised myself to regularly update.. (LOL)

ANYWAYS, I haven't taken any new pictures lately to blog except for the mini shoot that I had with my cousin a while(few days) ago.. when I practically lived at her place. We did loads and had so much fun, too bad it's been too long and I can't remember anything we did.

Civic Holiday

Today was a holiday, but since it's summer, I guess there isn't too much significant in it.

Lately, I've been re-watching The Hills! I don't even know why. haha. It's been a while but I'm starting all the way from the 1st season. Funny though cause I didn't even finish the latest season! AND it's just soo funny watching the change in each of the characters! HEIDI HAS CHANGED SO MUCH! LOL

But then again.. maybe it's just the make up.. lols
Though, she does look a lot more like Barbie now. lol
Well, I just finished season 1; but my TV network doesn't have season 2 =( and I don't really want to watch it online. So I guess I'll miss some of the shizzle that's going to go down! Especially what will happen to Jason =( Here comes season 3! (for me)
UPDATE:omg! season three on ROGERS ON DEMAND is missing the first 15 episodes!

Today, I asked my sister to go outside with me since it was such a nice day to take some photos! She reluctantly agreed. I basically dragged her outside. lol. So this is what I wore today:

across the border

So, today we went across the border to the States to do some shopping.. We left around noon and got home at 1am. Too bad we only shopped for two hours! The rest of the time we were stuck in traffic! Crazyy!!! Anyways, I'm glad I got a few finds or else the trip would've been for nothing; for me at least.

FIRST POST!!!

Well, I've been reading quite a few blogs lately and even started up a chictopia account (http://www.chictopia.com/carriek) but I`ve wanted to start my own blog for a while now; it took me this long until I finally did it.

This is my very first post, and it just happens to be my dads birthday today! I haven't imported the pics from today yet because I wanted to jump-start this blog so bad! lol

Coincidently, this is the shirt that I bought with my cousin at UO on Monday when we went to downtown to watch Valentino: The Last Emperor. At the end of the movie, I felt so inspired!! He is really something else! I am way too sad that he has retired. The way he transfered his designs onto paper and into reality was so stunning!





We worried over his present for ever but we finally settled down on a bottle of Amarone, a few action flicks, a book, coffee, and a shirt to top it off. All ensembled in a basket! Cute!
